LIGHTING IS MANDATORY FOR ALL TENTING FOR EVENING EVENTS.

Prices do NOT include tax or labor charges for set-up and breakdown. These charges are

incurred for every event. Extra labor costs of a $100.00 dollars or more could be

incurred for any event that takes place at a Cincinnati Park.

All Invoices for additional rental's will show a non-refundable 12% Damage

Waiver Fee Assessment.

Historic Properties Management reserves the right to make final decision on the use of any

canopy or tenting for an event.
